• Upload or transmit any material that contains viruses or other harmful computer code

Business Listings

For businesses submitting listings:

• You must provide accurate and complete information about your business
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your listing information
• You agree not to create multiple listings for the same business
• You agree not to manipulate reviews or ratings
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

User-Generated Content

By submitting content to our platform, you grant Bizzlisting a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content.

You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this Terms of Service and will not cause injury to any person or entity.

Intellectual Property

The content on Bizzlisting, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Bizzlisting or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Bizzlisting, with copyright authorship for this collection being owned by Bizzlisting.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Bizzlisting service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
